LIVE HEALTHY AND HAPPY LIFE

Do u think your life is getting better as you want to live, not with my thought. Life moves quickly. Some negative aspects of our lives affect our daily life, which makes a person forget to be happy. Everyone has the right to be happy. There are several ways that you can enhance your happiness with your life.

RECITE HOLY QURAN:

Being a Muslim you should recite the holy Quran daily. It will bring the ultimate joy and happiness that can never be found anywhere.

TRY TO SPEND MORE TIME WITH YOUR LOVED ONES:

Family should be the first priority in our life. Try to spend more time with your parents and siblings. It is good way to make yourself happy. Also you can spend time with your friends. Good friends help you celebrate good times and provide support during bad times, boost your happiness and reduce your stress

IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH:

A good health makes you fit and healthy. Regular exercise is useful for a good health and make you feel happier. It can you relax and sleep better.EAT WELL: Good food gives you strength and keep your body looking good. GET ENOUGH SLEEP: Sleep reduces stress. It makes you energized and alert the next day. It also improve your memory.

BE PASSIONATE:

Many positive things happen when you have passion. Passion brings energy, create positive environment and bring opportunity and open the door to success.

AVOID NEGATIVITY:

Try to avoid think negative, because negative thinking creates an obstacle in the way of man’s success.

TRAVELLING:

Travelling is a great way to get away from daily grind. If you are tired of your daily routine, go somewhere for vacations. It ensures peace of mind and help you get original and creative thoughts..

DON’T TAKE REJECTIONS PERSONALLY:

Rejections are very influential on human’s life. Sometime we all faces rejection but do not take it personal, use it as a learning experience.

LIVE IN THE PRESENT:

Forget what happened in the past because you cannot change the past .If you are still talking about what you did yesterday you have not done much today. Live in the present, be happy and share happiness.
